Bill Whitnack : wwhitnak@bcgrizzly.com
Apr 25, 1997, 23:54

I agree with most of the guests, that this is quite a good game and if the ones that beef about it would like to try to do anything better, then they should get at it, or maybe keep quite at least. There is no way it would, or should take 2 1/2 hrs to D/L. I have bowled a couple of 300s, always with the throwing meter. I am now going to upgrade to 3.0, tnks. bfn BW

Apr 28, 1997, 02:45

I have played Winbowl since June 1995. Tom has really made some fantastic improvements. My son and I challenge each other all the time! To get the highest scores, you need to choose what dot to start and stop on and stay consistent. Tailor your spare shots so that it is the same relative motion as you strike shot. Don't try throwing more or less of a hook on the spares. And don't forget to dry your fingerholes out before each shot!

Your game is the best bowling game I have ever seen! It is so realistic that it feels like I'm actually there! I have an idea of something you could add, (I'm just about to download v3 and I'm not sure if it has it or not) you could put background sounds in that sound like other bowlers bowling next to you constantly. That would be so cool! I am a registered user, and play Winbowl almost every day!
